Deborah Harris, Lead Transition Agent for Jobs & Hope WV, will speak to job seekers about reentry and recovery employment opportunities in West Virginia and how to obtain and sustain meaningful employment.
Business owners and hiring managers will learn about resources and incentives of second chance hiring through federal tax credits, free bonding programs, on-the-job training funding, recovery-friendly best practices, and other resources public agencies and nonprofits that are already making successful reentry a reality in West Virginia.
